Because each book is printed to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Accidental orders

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

We Will Offer a Replacement or Refund If:

• Your book arrives damaged
• There is a printing defect
• The item received is incorrect

If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage or printing issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
